A Dream I Dreamed

is an installation in Shanghai by famous Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama,

A dream I dreamed is Yayoi Kusama’s first Asia tour exhibition which covers her most recent works and Museum of Contemporary Art, Shanghai (MoCA Shanghai) is very honoured to hold this exhibition in mainland China.

Yayoi Kusama, born in Nagano, 1929, is now acknowledged as one of the most important living artists in Japan and one of the most important contemporary artists in the world. Not only are her works highly appreciated as classics by contemporary arts circle, but loved by common audience. Her works have been exhibited constantly around the world and collected by more than 100 art museums around the world.
