is a Helsinki-based illustrator and graphic designer. He studies graphic design at the Aalto University School of Arts, Design and Architecture, and he undoubtedly offers a breath of fresh air on the Finnish illustrating scene. Eero spent his childhood days in Belgium and he is interested in designing for print, for comics, and for screen-printing methods. Recently he has designed stage sets for the theatre, among other work. Eero mostly uses water colors, brushes and ink, which he likes to combine with digital graphics. His characters are inspired by vintage children’s books, pop culture and the absurdities of everyday living.
