Helen Masacz

is a figurative painter of Irish and Polish descent hailing from the UK. Masacz tends to draw on family historical context to explore certain ideas and themes in her paintings. She’s currently training at the London Atelier school of Representaional Art. Her work has been exhibited at the National Portrait Gallery on numerous occasions and at the Royal Society of Portrait Painters annual exhibition in the Mall Gallery, where she won the Art’s Club Award in 2011. Her most recent paintings from her solo show ‘After the Fall’ communicate a symbolic narrative of two parallels in battle and war.
