is an Australian artist. He studied at famous Central Saint Martins in London. Graduated in 1974, and went on to post-graduate study at Parsons School of Design in New York., specialising in drawing. In drawings he has always placed importance on character and he body and how it moves. When he designed clothes he also wanted the line to flow. He has been drawing practically all his life and was encouraged my his parents and inspired by his older brother who was great at drawing cartoons. Drawing is part of his life and he has never really stopped doing it even when he was working in other areas of design. He dra for himself and if he is not doing it physically he is mentally casting a line. It’s demanding, and not always happy experience. It’s a bit like falling in love, but unrequited.
