is a Dutch art and travel photographer.
Loes Heerink is not an usual travel photographer, which is one of the reasons he added the art part.
“I spend hours and hours on a couple of bridges in Hanoi waiting for vendors to pass by to show the beauty, symmetry, and art street vendors create every day without knowing it.
Imagine getting up at 4 every morning, packing your bicycle with as many vegetables or fruit as you possibly can and walking around with a heavy cycle for kilometers every day. Not knowing the beauty you make every single day! I talked to some of these women, often female migrants coming to the city trying to earn a little extra money. They have to work very hard, earn little money and work conditions are not very good.”
