is a Manchester-based painter who is currently studying for her Fine Art BA at the Manchester School of Art. She specialises in painting, with her chosen medium being oil. Her work is concerned with the questioning of the figure within materiality through the manipulation of paint. Her pieces present a continued mediation between representation and abstraction. Figurative but with a conscious allusion to the mediums plasticity, they function as a space for contemplation- psychologically charged, resisting narrative reduction and appearing undefined.
