is a Dutch illustrator. Ever since she could hold a pencil she loved to draw. She started reading very early and was attracted to books. Marjolein Caljouw wrote her own stories and little poems with illustrations. She also have around 30 diaries and she used to draw in them too. To capture funny/sad/special moments and look at them from different perspectives. Drawing is also a way for the illustrator to capture things in life and to organize her thoughts, but in a different, visual way. She surround herself with things that she loves and let them inspires her.
