is a Toronto-based artist working primarily in analogue photography. She holds an Honors BA from York University in French Literature and Womens’ studies.
Growing up, the artist’s close proximity to the United States (and to family residing just across the bordering lake/river) incited her enduring interest in boundaries- psychic, bodily, geographic, and cultural. Travelling alone and crossing various frontières, the artists asks through her work, Where are the boundaries of Self in relation to other? how and when were they established? and more importantly- how are they dissolved?
