is a Scottish model, artist, and actress and a daughter of singer Annie Lennox who used to work for Topshop and Burberry. As of 2014 she abandoned her model career and became portrait painter.
With thick paint and heavy brush strokes, Lennox catches the raw expression and character of her subjects in portraits of many depths. Constantly talking with the person in front of her canvas while painting, she searches for beauty in what is human and unconventional. Catching each person’s spirit through shadows of oil paint, Lennox describes her art as a mixture of light and darkness, femininity, vulnerability and imperfection. A great fascination with art history influences her work. Threads of impressionism runs through the art pieces and she has been referred to as modern day Egon Schiele or Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec.
